Self Care Sunday is a session dedicated to bringing you back home to yourself. This is the perfect opportunity to align your body and mind while immersing yourself in the beautiful views of the Wyre forest during your practice.
Our practice together offers a harmonious blend of gentle flow/seated yoga (suitable for all levels), breathing & self care techniques, oracle cards, wellbeing practices and guided relaxation.
The sessions are themed throughout the year connecting us to the qualities of the season, enjoy supportive guidance that will help you manage stress and modern life any time of year. At the end of the session enjoy a long restful guided relaxation with essential oils, hands on support and gentle soothing sounds of elemental chimes.
You will also receive a little homemade self care gift bag to take home as a gentle reminder of our time together.

This practice is based indoors, with floor to ceiling windows you can embrace the elements while within the shelter of the space.

+ Oracle card insights.
+ Enjoy seasonal themes to soothe your body and mind.
+ Guided relaxation with elemental chimes and essential oils.
+ Open to all levels ages 16+, no experience necessary, all abilities welcome, modifications and optional adaptations are gently given within the session.
+ Take away a homemade personal self care gift bag to keep you inspired and pampered for the rest of the month.
+ Bring a yoga mat, blankets, cushions (bolster & blocks if you have them) and wear comfortable warm clothing.
+ Photographs & filming are not permitted within the sessions, this supports & respects the vulnerability of those attending.
