Valentine’s Day, at its essence, is about devotion, care, and choosing love.

Celebrate love as something we listen to, create with, and offer freely.

This is a small-group, curated experience designed to support connection, emotional regulation, and shared meaning between parent and child.

Space is intentionally limited to preserve intimacy and focused bonding - 4 parent + child pairs.

Together, you’ll be guided through:

• A soothing sound bath to support relaxation, co-regulation, and felt safety
• A watercolor art experience inviting self-expression without pressure or interpretation
• A flying wish paper closing ceremony, offering a simple and meaningful ritual to name and release wishes together

No prior experience with sound healing or art is needed.
Come as you are — all materials are provided.

• Recommended for children ages 5+
• This experience is intentionally designed for one parent and one child, to support focused bonding and emotional attunement. -A gift of individual attention
• This experience also works beautifully when each parent attends with one child.- A shared parental agreement
• If you are considering attending with more than one child/parent please reach out in advance. In some cases, and depending on the group composition an additional child may be accommodated for an added fee.
