So we created a space where you can do it together - in a fun, safe, and intentional way.
Our Parent + Child Move Together event is a monthly partner workout designed for parents and kids (ages 5+) to move side-by-side, laugh together, build confidence, and model a healthy lifestyle.
Important Notes:
Ages 5+ only for safety and coordination
This class is 1 parent : 1 child
If you have multiple children:
• Please bring an additional adult or
• A responsible older sibling who can safely partner with them
(Partner drills won’t work with uneven numbers)
