This 6-week series is designed with brain, body and baby in mind. Relieve stress and improve self-regulation while building confidence, strength and mobility in an all levels yoga class with your little one.Every class will incorporate movement, breathing exercises and meditation, with baby on your mat, in a carrier or in your arms.
Come as you are, meet other new parents and build community.
Open to all parents and caregivers with babies 6 weeks to 12 months. No yoga experience required.
*Please check in with your midwife, pelvic floor physiotherapist, doctor or other health professional prior to your first class.*

Please note:
Our Centretown studio is located up a flight of stairs and does NOT have space to park strollers on the ground floor. We highly encourage only bringing in your car seat or using a carrier.
