Enjoy a calming session together after the Christmas and New Year season ends, and we move into the depths of the dark Winter. This is a soothing sound bath for both parents/caregivers, tweenies and teens (aged 10 years and older), timed in the afternoon dusk just before dinner and an early night! Snuggle in with your child for a cuddle if they'll let you! Perhaps even sneak in a power nap! Don't worry if you're bringing an extra adult or teen friend as there is a ticket option for them too. Sound baths are not music, deliberately, to avoid the brain from engaging with the sounds, but rather allowing it to meander and meditate. They can help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and have even been demonstrated to help regulate blood pressure and heart rate.The laws of physics state that everything is in a constant state of vibration, and the most elemental state of vibration is that of sound. Everything has an optimum range of vibration known as resonance. When we ourselves are in resonance, we ourselves are then in balance. Some people sleep better immediately after a sound bath, others become emotional initially as they release past tensions beforehand. Everyone is different.

You should not attend (without written GP clearance) if you have/have had any of the following-
-heart conditions
-epilepsy
-mental health conditions
-metallic implants such as plates, pins, or pacemakers
-currently pregnant
What to Bring-
warm clothes, yoga mats, blanket, pillow, eye masks for example, anything you need to lie comfortably for the session. Bring a water bottle as you may feel dehydrated as you begin to release tension and toxins.
