On Sunday 26th January The Ali C Fitness Hub and Rachel Shaw Yoga are teaming up to offer you another complete Fitness & Flow Day Retreat.
Cowdray Hall, part of the Cowdray Estate, provides a peaceful and secluded setting to kick start 2025 with a focus on health, well being and self care.
The day will include variety of activities to take part in, including:
Yoga flow
Strength session
Movement workshops
Guided walk
Tea & cake
Holistic workshops
Stretch & restore yoga
Nearer the time you will simply choose the activities that interest you - you can do all of them, or pick and choose a few that suit you.
A delicious vegetarian lunch will be provided, and soft drinks, hot drinks and snacks will be available throughout the day, to keep you fuelled and hydrated.
There will of course be relaxation and down time and you will also have the option to book a mini treatment with the very talented Kate Hardy of Bargate Beauty, or a de-stress reflexology treatment with the fabulous Kate Cracknell of Haslemere Holistic Reflexology (additional costs for treatments).
Why not bring a friend to spend some precious time together away from the busyness of everyday life. This would make a fantastic Christmas present.
