Parasocial Hour

Parasocial Hour is a free virtual happy hour featuring writing prompts and cocktail lessons. This monthly event will begin with a cocktail tutorial (there will also be a mocktail option for those who don't imbibe) followed by a writing prompt, a break for a refill, and another writing prompt.

Our November cocktail is the always refreshing and gorgeous paloma. Stock up on the cocktail or mocktail ingredients so you're prepared for the event:

Cocktail Ingredients

2 ounces tequila

1/2 ounce lime juice

3 ounces grapefruit juice

1/3 ounce simple syrup

Club soda

Grapefruit wedge

Salt (if you like salt on the rim)

Mocktail ingredients

1/2 ounce lime juice

3 ounces grapefruit juice

1/3 ounce simple syrup

Club soda

Grapefruit wedge

You will also need ice, something to stir with, and a rocks glass (though any glass will do!).
