On Monday, Jan. 26th the Spoon and Sustainable Agriculture Food Systems Society (SAFSS) will be hosting a hands-on workshop creating two remedies that help fight cold and flus, with ingredients that can be found in your pantry. We will be learning about these recipes, creating them together, and participants can take a sample home with them, along with the knowledge to keep making them at home.
