Join Wellbeing in Newham Schools (WINS) team for information and discussion about how panic attacks present at school and how to support children and young people.

• What panic attacks are
• How to help someone manage a panic attack and how to do this in school
• When/how to get further help

This session is open to all Newham school staff across primary, secondary and colleges.
