Meet the panelists:

• Fran Hauser is a bestselling author, keynote speaker, champion of women in the workplace, and a LinkedIn Top Voice. She has spoken at over 200 organizations, including Meta, Google, Unilever, BlackRock, and NPR. As a former Fortune 500 executive and active start-up investor who has funded over 40 female-founded companies, Fran’s insights have appeared in media outlets including Forbes, CNBC, Fast Company, Fortune, Elle, Refinery29, and Business Insider. Fran is the author of two books that have been hailed as modern-day bibles for professional women striving to create careers they love while staying true to themselves. In December 2024, Fran opened Bedford Books, the first-ever bookstore in her hometown of Bedford, NY. She lives outside NYC with her husband, two sons, and beloved mini Goldendoodle.

• Katie Sise is a bestselling author of eight novels. Her books have been included on best-of lists by Good Morning America, The New York Post, PopSugar, Parade Magazine, and PureWow. Her novel, THE BREAK, was a Zibby's Book Club pick. Katie is a former TV host and jewelry designer, and lives outside of New York City with her husband, four children, and a golden retriever who has finally calmed down.

• Christina Geist is a writer, entrepreneur, and brand strategist who lives by a simple rule: Use Your Words. She is the author of the Growing with Buddy series of picture books from Random House Children's, including the beloved New York Times bestseller Sorry Grown-Ups, You Can't Go to School! Christina’s first title for big kids, Before You Fly Away: Life Lessons From Home, was self-published as a gift for her kids and reached #19 on the Amazon bestseller list and #1 in Parenting & Relationships. Christina is also the co-founder of True Geist, a branding and design firm, and the founder and former CEO of Boombox Gifts. Christina lives in New York with her husband, Willie Geist, host of NBC's Sunday TODAY and MSNBC's Morning Joe, their children, Lucie and George.
