Become a pairing pro in this flavorful exploration of how to pair cheese with wine and other accompaniments. Alongside a Murray’s expert, you’ll taste four cheeses curated from our cheese case, each expertly paired with a wine and specialty food item (charcuterie, jam, pickles, and more). This is a deep dive into the science and art of pairing, based on flavor, texture, and terroir. You’ll light up your taste buds with new combinations and leave with deeper knowledge of your own palate and how to compose the perfect bite.

In-person classes take place in the classrooms located at our Bleecker Street store. Our classrooms are located upstairs and downstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.
