We will take a small step for the Earth by reusing canvases and flat wood art, giving discarded artworks and décor a new purpose!
Learn a few basic brush strokes, loose & abstract techniques, color mixing and blending to create a beautiful scene from our planet, a Spring Meadow.
Do you have a canvas print or flat wood décor that’s destined for a yard sale or worse, the landfill? Let’s use our power and save it! Give the piece new life with your custom and personal creative expression. Keep the size to about 8x8 to 12x18, if possible. Or use one of ours! Your instructor will bring along a nice selection to choose from.
Acrylic paint and brushes will be provided for our use in class. You only need to bring the print you want to repurpose (optional), a suitable cover-up (the paint could fly!) and your creativity! Fun class for all skill levels.
