In this class you will learn about the different types of chicken on the market and how to cook it to juicy perfection! Pacific Rim, Stir-Fry, Lemon Chicken, and Chicken Marsala are just a few of the recipes you will receive in class!Bring take-home containers!
Food fee: $10 payable in cash to the instructor the evening of class.
