Painting Lilies Through Negative Space

Instead of drawing the flower itself, we will learn to see and paint the spaces around it. This approach makes complex subjects easier to understand and helps overcome the fear of the first marks.
In this workshop you will learn how to see negative space, simplify complex forms, and paint luminous white lilies in watercolour.
