Painting Festive Folk Art

Spend a creative evening exploring the colorful and charming style of folk art painting while creating two (2) heart ornaments, two (2) cards, and a festive seasonal tree. Begin with practice exercises to explore simple brushstrokes, designs, and color combinations before putting those new skills to work.
The rest of class will be spent getting into the creative flow as participants paint, decorate, and personalize their ornaments, tree, and cards. Follow the demonstrated designs or add your own creative touches to make each piece uniquely yours.
Trees and ornaments are made of paper/cardboard. Trees include a stand, and heart ornaments include choice of ribbon or string. Greeting cards will vary in size.
