Botanical Collage: Moody Book Cover Vignettes
Advertisement
Capture the moodiness of the season as you create mixed-media botanical vignettes using watercolor, pen and ink, pressed flowers and botanicals, repurposed book covers, and your own imagination. No art experience is needed!
Participants can choose from three design templates or create an original design while exploring ways to layer watercolor, ink, and natural materials. Everyone will create two pieces and receive two repurposed book covers, six pressed botanicals, watercolor paper, and all additional supplies needed to complete their projects.
Class Note: Each completed piece will be approximately 5 inches by 8 inches, depending on the size of the available repurposed book covers.
