After grounding returns, something new often begins to stir. Paint Your Peace is a two-day non-residential retreat designed for the in-between, when you’re no longer who you were, but not yet clear who you’re becoming.
The retreat unfolds over two consecutive days, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day.

This retreat centers on fluid art. The paint pours, stretches, blends, and flows across and off the canvas, releasing what no longer fits and creating space for emergence, without words.

There is no image to copy and nothing to get “right.” Instead, you follow movement, sensation, and curiosity as they unfold. For many women, this phase feels freeing, playful, and quietly revealing.
