A grounding retreat for women who feel overwhelmed, unsteady, and exhausted.

When life shakes the foundation you once relied on, your nervous system feels it first. Force of Nature is a grounding painting retreat designed to help you reconnect with steadiness, strength, and your immovable core.

This retreat is offered outdoors from April through November. Each experience is held gently and intentionally, meeting you where you are.

Force of Nature is a two-day non-residential retreat held on consecutive days, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day. Participants are invited to return home each evening or stay locally, allowing space for rest and integration between sessions.

The retreat centers on landscape painting, often mountains, as a living metaphor for resilience, rootedness, and inner stability. Through slow brushwork, guided instruction, and extended time in creative presence, you reconnect with a sense of internal ground beneath your feet.

This retreat is for women who feel unsettled, emotionally tender, or disconnected from themselves and are seeking grounding before anything else.
