We provide the tailored, intensive coaching you need to maximize your current potential, while equipping you with the internal “instructor mindset” to continue developing long after you leave the range.

This coaching-intensive course is designed to bridge the gap between static practice and reliable performance on demand. Our curriculum focuses on the “why” behind the “how,” providing you with the analytical tools to decode your own shooting process.

What you can expect:

Prerequisite: Participants must demonstrate proficiency by hitting a 3×5 card at 7 yards on demand.

Minimum 3 magazines (more is better)

Eye and Ear Protection (filtered/powered ear pro required)

Brimmed hat (baseball cap)

500 rounds of factory FMJ ammo unless required to use issued duty ammunition (more is better)

Bring food for a working lunch
