Paint & Process is a therapeutic wellness experience that blends creative expression with mindfulness and gentle reflection. This guided workshop invites participants to slow down, tune in, and explore emotions through art. No painting experience required.Participants will begin by identifying a personal topic, emotion, or experience they’d like to process, then choose either a blank canvas or a pre-drawn positive affirmation as their starting point. Using color, texture, and intuitive expression, each person is encouraged to create in a way that feels supportive and authentic.
The experience includes guided mindfulness and relaxation practices, quiet creative time, and optional reflection. Sharing is always optional, and participants are encouraged to engage only at their own comfort level. To support emotional safety, confidentiality is expected and respected within the group.
All paint supplies, canvas, and lunch are provided, creating a calm, low-pressure space to rest, reflect, and connect in community.
