Intro to Sewing: Make a custom Apron!

Ready to dive into the world of sewing? Join us in person for a fun, hands-on beginner class where you’ll design and sew your very own custom apron. Perfect for cooking, crafting, gardening, or gifting. You’ll learn the basics of stitching and fabric selection, and leave with a finished apron and new skills to build on.

This workshop will be led by our very own vendor, seamstress, and designer, Sharon Cruz. Stop by The Morose Bee’s booth for your materials, she’ll be offering 15% off fabric by the yard + scraps for attendees (show your ticket at the register to receive the discount)!

ATTENDEES MUST BRING THEIR OWN SEWING MACHINE + 1.5-2 YARDS OF FABRIC.

• Printed apron pattern
• Textile sample book + fabric scraps for sample-making
• Quick guide binders
• Mannequin for fitting
• Ironing board + iron
