Paint & Paddle: Mindful Sketching on the Water

Come along for a mid-summer paddle and explore practices with your sketchbook, pens and colors! We will use the time together to pause, bring awareness to the beauty of the waterways, and learn some techniques that can lower our stress and enhance our lives. Our guide Colleen Corrigan, who is a former National Park Ranger and Art Educator, will demonstrate how to use simple sketching skills and paint with river water.
