Celebrate the arrival of spring with this gentle, beginner-friendly watercolour landscape class, focused on creating a soft and pretty spring scene inspired by the fresh colours and light of the season. This fully guided session is perfect for those new to watercolour, as well as anyone looking to loosen up and enjoy a calm, creative experience.

You’ll be guided step by step through the process of building a landscape in watercolour, learning how to create light, airy washes, subtle colour transitions, and a sense of depth and atmosphere. Along the way, we’ll touch on key fundamentals such as brush control, layering washes, understanding values, and simple colour mixing, all while working at an unhurried, approachable pace.

All materials are provided, and you’ll be able to relax with tea, coffee, and light refreshments as you paint. The class is kept small to ensure plenty of guidance and encouragement throughout. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a finished 10 x 7 spring landscape painting.
