Celebrate International Friendship Day by heading to the Chinese Garden of Friendship for the inaugural Paint a Friendship Bookmark workshop .
Take a peaceful moment to create a meaningful handmade keepsake for someone special. Guests will paint a floral symbol of friendship in watercolour, write a heartfelt message, and finish their bookmark with a decorative tassel to take home or give as a gift.
Whether you are an experienced artist or simply trying watercolour for the first time, gentle guidance, inspiration, and example designs will be available on site.
This is a relaxed drop-in experience—no bookings required. Visitors are welcome to join at any time during the session, as space becomes available.
This workshop is included with general Garden admission ($12 Adult, $8 Child & Concession) at no additional cost and is particularly lovely for members visiting with a friend.
