This workshop is focused on understanding and access. Knowing how your body works and what you have access to is the first step to being pain-free. This will be led by Dr. Shayna Temple, PT, DPT- she will talk about how pain works, discuss tools like: dry needling, electrical stimulation, myofascial decompression, cupping, scrapping, joint manipulation/mobilization, as well as how exercise can bridge the gap. You will have access to try some treatments and ask all of your burning questions about how and why these things work. Then we will discuss how we can make the leap from pain and convert over to performance. Text to sign up!
