Join Activate Allen County and presenting sponsor Cenovus Energy Lima Refinery for our second annual Mental Health Symposium. These workshops focus on how our workplaces can be more supportive of employees and create positive work environments for all. This year, our focus will be on how PTSD can impact the workplace. We will be focusing on reducing stigma and increasing understanding among employers and teams. We are thrilled to have Andrew Siepka as our keynote speaker this year. As a veteran and leadership speaker, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge, energy and passion on this subject. You will not want to miss this engaging presentation.
