Join us for Paige’s Butterfly Run, one of Central New York’s premier 5K events, bringing together runners, walkers, families and supporters in downtown Syracuse for a meaningful day of community and impact.
Come be part of something special as we rally around local children and families facing childhood cancer and blood disorders at Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital.

This family-friendly event also features a bounce house, ice cream, raffles, refreshments and more fun for all ages!
