Middle school readers step into Scheherazade’s world alongside Antonio Santin’s painting, “Pangea,” in the first gathering of the Page-turners middle school book club. With Santin’s richly textured surfaces as a backdrop, the group will explore how the tales in One Thousand and One Arabian Nights still shape the way we think about power, courage, and imagination today. Reading the book in advance is encouraged, not required.
This is a drop-off program for middle school students, and pre-registration is required.
