Paella Dinner with Chef John Borras

Join Executive Chef John Borras on the outdoor patio at Hyatt Lodge for an exclusive, family-style Spanish dining experience. Priced at $75 per guest (plus tax and gratuity), the evening features a multi-course meal set at communal tables, complete with a welcome cocktail and unlimited beer and wine throughout dinner. Guests will start with seasonal appetizers and a signature welcome drink, followed by a vibrant array of traditional tapas and authentic Chicken Paella as the main course, all finishing with Chef John’s signature homemade Basque cheesecake.

Please note: Guests must be of legal drinking age (21+) to consume alcohol beverages to book a ticket for this event. IDs will be checked at begining of event and those 21+ may participate. No food substitutions will be provided, please only purchase a ticket if you are able to eat the full meal.
