Enjoy a four-course dinner featuring Parmesan & Mint Crusted Lamb Chops, Kale Caesar Salad, Braised Short Rib, and Chocolate Ganache Cake, each paired with a selection from Caymus Vineyards and the Wagner family of wines, including Mer Soleil Chardonnay, The Walking Fool Red Blend, Caymus Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon, and Nurseryman Cabernet Sauvignon.
