This 2-day course will meet the Ofsted requirements for working in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will gain knowledge and develop skills to manage emergency situations in a paediatric setting.

By the end of the course you will be able to assess and manage a baby or child who is:

• Responsive/Non-responsive [Conduct a Primary Survey (DRABC)]
• Choking
• Bleeding
• Identification and Treatment of: shock, internal bleeding, burns, fainting, poisoning, head and minor injuries: hypothermia or heat exhaustion; injury to a bone, muscle or joint (including spinal injuries); seizures; meningitis, asthma; anaphylaxis and diabetes.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.
