The Winters Friends of the Library 28th annual summer concert series continues with a free outdoor performance by Paddy on the Bing playing lively, joyful, traditional Irish and Scottish music on Thursday, July 30, 7:00–8:30 p.m. at Rotary Park, Main Street at Railroad Avenue in downtown Winters.
The series concludes on July 30 with Paddy on the Binge playing lively, joyful, traditional Irish and Scottish music, including jigs, reels, hornpipes, and ballads, with the warmth and intimacy of a gathering at your cozy local pub. Learn more at paddyonthebinge.com.

Invite your friends and neighbors, bring a blanket or lawn chairs or sit on the grass, sip a cool drink, and enjoy some fine live music on a summer evening. The concerts are free, but donations will be gratefully accepted. Winters Friends of the Library will have delicious refreshments and quality used books for sale, and all proceeds will support the Winters Community Library. For more information, visit wfol.org.
Heat/smoke policy: Two days before the concert, if it is predicted to be hotter than 105 degrees or the Air Quality Index is predicted to be greater than 125 at 7:00 pm on the day of the concert, WFoL will cancel the concert. Check their website for updates.
