Paddle, Stretch and Sound

Join me at Long Arm Reservoir in Hanover, PA for a relaxing paddle out to the dock apparatus where we will connect to our breath, do some gentle seated stretches before settling into rest for floating sound meditation out in nature! I have 3 inflatable SUP to rent which includes life jackets and paddles. Bring your own SUP otherwise. Items to bring along: water shoes, towels, bug spray, clothes you don’t mind getting wet, swimsuit, hat, sunglasses and water bottle. I have a small dry bag to keep your car keys in. $75 for event ticket with SUP rental, $60 for event ticket and BYO SUP. I’ll have event link for tickets up on Labor Day 🙌.
