Join Coach Diane Calloway, aka “TRiDi” for Wednesday mornings of pace work, pick-ups and speed work.
Meet at the boat ramp restrooms, just east of Waterfront Park.
Sessions vary by the day, but include a structured workout that accommodates athletes of all paces.
Bring hydration. Please bring a stretch band and a towel.
PLEASE NOTE THAT START TIME IS 6:45 am! 💥
