Clermont’s Comprehensive Plan Update
In 2026, the City of Clermont is updating its comprehensive plan … and we need your input!
February 19th-23rd, from 9am-7pm each day.

Beginning February 19th, the City will host a planning charrette — a multi-day series of workshops where residents, city staff, business owners, and designers discuss ideas and develop solutions together. During a charrette, attendees review maps and drawings, share ideas, discuss goals and concerns, and contribute suggestions directly to the designers. Community involvement leads to lasting results and reminds everyone that the future of Clermont belongs to the people who live here.
You are invited to share your vision of the city’s future with us at the charrette this February — please take a look at the schedule on our website for details.

Upcoming Meetings
Residents and guests are welcome to come and go as they please during the week-long planning charrette, though the “City + DPZ Work Sessions” Please note that the Opening and Closing Presentations will take place in the Clermont City Center; all other sessions will be hosted in the City Hall’s Council Chambers.
