The Overprescribing Masterclasses aim to help GPs, Pharmacists and Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs) carry out structured Medic*tion reviews and stop inappropriate medicines.
The online Teams sessions are open to all staff that work to address overprescribing and problematic polypharmacy.
The local masterclass sessions will be run by a Clinical Pharmacist and accredited Polypharmacy Action Learning Set trainer.
These sessions are clinician facing and are open to colleagues in the North East and North Cumbria area.
Prescribing data packs will be purchased by HI NENC for those registered for these sessions containing Business Services Authority (BSA) Polypharmacy comparators data. Please register using your employer email.
