Outhouse Book Club: Pride Show & Tell
About this Event
Join the Outhouse Book Club for a special Pride Month event on Wednesday, 17 June from 6:30-8:30pm, celebrating queer community, great books, and the joy of sharing what we're reading.
This won't be our usual book club discussion. Instead, everyone is invited to bring along a book they're currently reading and tell the group a little about it. Whether it's LGBTQ+ fiction, a memoir, fantasy, history, romance, or something completely unrelated to Pride, all books are welcome.
You'll have the chance to:
- Share a favourite current read (or just listen!)
- Discover new books and authors
- Swap recommendations with fellow readers
- Meet other LGBTQ+ book lovers in a relaxed, friendly setting
No preparation is required, and there's no assigned reading. Just bring yourself, your book, and your curiosity.
Whether you're a regular at the book club or joining us for the first time, we'd love to see you there.
