Outer Island Yoga Sunday - 08-02-2026

Island Yoga Program:

9:00 AM: Meet at Stony Creek Ferry Dock and depart to Outer Island.

9:30 AM: Arrive on Outer Island and proceed to pavilion for meet and greet.

9:45-10:30 AM: Presentation on Outer Island cultural and natural history, tour, and meet back at pavilion.

10:30 AM – 11:45 PM: Yoga class begins and runs for 1 HR and 15 Min.

11:45 – 12:15 PM: Debrief, gather belongings and wait to depart. Note- You may remain on the island and board a later (hourly) ferry.

12:30 PM: Arrive at Stony Creek.

Participants should bring their own mats, sunscreen, and lunch (optional). Water will be provided.
