Part II of our Summer of Rum Dinner Series!
Explore the remarkable depth, character, and craftsmanship behind K*ll Devil Rum through an intimate tasting hosted by K*ll Devil Rum Master Distiller, Adam Ball, who will deliver a fascinating “Mini Master Class” followed by curated cocktails and a chef-craft dinner. The evening will go as follows:
*Welcome Cocktail: Golden Pineapple Daiquiri
*Tasting of all 4 K*ll Devil Rums paired with tasty small plates of pimento cheese deviled eggs and shrimp and crab hush puppies. Served with: Spiced Peachy Colada to help wash it down.

Shrimp and Grits: jalapeño cheddar grits, sautéed shrimp and asparagus with a ham red eye gravy
Pecan Crusted Pork Ribeye*: Pecan crusted bone in pork ribeye, peach mostarda, sweet potato mash and collard greens *Served Medium
Country fried steak smothered in red eye gravy, served with NC BBQ potatoes, and collard greens
Dinner served with: Sweet Tea Rum Fashioned
Dessert Course: Rum Soaked Pecan Pie Shooters with Chocolate Pecan Espresso Martini
