10:00 - 11:15 - 75 minute Yoga Flow Class

11:15 - 12 - Tea and Community (optional)

Please bring your own mat and yoga props.

Dress in layers, mornings can be cool and we'll be in the shade.

The Plant Nursery will be open with Fall & Winter vegetable starts, culinary herbs, and fresh produce!

In the event of rain or strong wind event, class will be cancelled.
