Outdoor Yoga Wednesdays
Join us for Vinyasa Yoga Classes every Wednesday in the beautiful Central Park, Burnaby. Vinyasa yoga, also known as flow yoga, is a dynamic style of yoga that focuses in the connection between breath and movement. This class will be challenging yet grounding. Whether you are an experienced practitioner or have never done yoga before, this space is for you.
I'm hoping this practice transcends the mat and contributes to your wellbeing. In this 75min session we'll quiet our minds and tune in with our bodies.
All you have to do is show up. That's the hardest part!
