Join us for a gentle vinyasa yoga class on the lawn led by Melinda Lamarche.
Stretch, breathe, and move your body in this grounding, slow-moving practice designed to help you reconnect, reset, and move with ease. This all-levels accessible class supports mindfulness, mobility, balance, and overall well-being. Energize your body by letting go of what no longer serves you and treat yourself to an hour of "me" time.
Please bring your own yoga mat, water, and any desired sunscreen or bug spray.
Online registraion in advance is required. Class will take place outdoors on the lawn, weather permitting. In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, all registered guests will be notified via email and refunded in full.
