About this Event
A Vinyasa Yoga practice designed to cultivate balance between your body, mind, and soul while connecting with the serenity of nature.
Our class is beginner-friendly and complemented by guided meditation and breathwork, leaving you both relaxed and revitalized. 🧘♂️🧘♀️

6:30 - 7:30 PM
Please arrive early.

Meet us at the downtown side of Peace Bridge at 6:15 PM and we'll find a nice spot together.
🌼 Price
$12 per class
Cash or e-transfer to [email protected]
🌼 Registration
Just drop in and pay in cash, or send an e-transfer.
🌼 What to bring
Please bring your yoga mat or a towel, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes.
