Outdoor Yoga Classes at Hotel Canandaigua

Spoke Fitness is partnering with Hotel Canandaigua to bring you lakeside outdoor fitness classes starting this June. Enjoy a refreshing workout with stunning lake views and a cool breeze as Spoke Fitness hosts a series of cycling, Pilates, and yoga classes right by the water.

Classes will be held on Saturdays and Sunday mornings, offering a refreshing way to start your day by the lake. Each session is open to the public and designed for all fitness levels, ensuring that everyone can participate and enjoy the experience. The cost is $30 per person, per class. Classes are offered at 9:00 and 10:00 am.

CLASS OFFERINGS

CYCLE – A high-energy, music-driven ride combining cardio, upper body, and core work, choreographed to the beat for a transformative and addicting experience.

YOGA – A fluid and energizing practice that connects breath with movement, designed to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through continuous flow sequences.

MAT PILATES – A low-impact, core-focused workout that enhances strength, flexibility, posture, and balance using functional movement, breathwork, and mindful control.
