Outside, barefoot & weather dependant. This yoga class is open to everyone, from experienced yogis to complete newbies.About this Event
Join Daisy each Saturday morning to kick your weekend off with an outdoor yoga class. Using movement, breath and meditation the hour's class will leave your mind and body feeling refreshed.
The class is run in the Pollinator Cafe Garden which is accessed through the wooden gate.
Please bring a water bottle and a yoga mat.
Please note: If you're pregnant, injured or have a medical condition you feel may affect you during the class please contact Daisy before booking so she can ensure the class is accessible for you.
