Join me for a joyful morning of movement meditation and grounding in a beautiful garden setting.
In this dynamic movement meditation practice we will explore the profound connection between mind, body, and emotion all in a beautiful outdoor setting. Through a playful blend of movement and meditation practices, you will find a greater awareness, sense of embodiment and ease.
You don’t need any experience of meditation or any background in movement, just a sense of curiosity and an open mind.
We will meet at The Plantation Garden ready to start at 10:00. Feel free to arrive early if you wish, Your facilitator will be there from around 09:30. We’ll finish around 11:30, just in time for coffee and a pastry!
Wear clothes you can move in. Be sure to bring some water and stay hydrated. Most of our practice will be done standing, but you may wish to bring a blanket or yoga mat to sit on.
Entry to The Plantation Garden
Please note that admission to The Plantation Garden is by a donation of £2. You can pay cash into the post box on your way in, or by text. If you would like to attend the event, but the cost is a blocker for you, please contact me and the community will support you.
Location and Parking
We will meet in the main section of the Plantation Garden. Walk past the fountain and you won't miss us. Find the exact location with what three words or google links below.
Paid parking is available at the location via Earlham Hotel - There are posters that explain how to pay. There is also free on street parking available further down Earlham road and on nearby side streets.
