The goal of The Outdoor Ecotherapy Groups is to create a healing environment, enhance well-being and create a deeper connection with yourself and your surroundings. Groups will complete guided and unguided meditations throughout the experience.
Groups meet under the awnings at the Cascades by 1pm. The whole experience will take 2-3 hours, so plan accordingly.
Dress according to weather. Rain or Shine, the group will go on. Thunder Storms are the only weather that would cause cancellations.
Light Refreshments will be provided, bringing your own snacks is encouraged if needed.
