Outdoor Career Pathways Meet-Up

Dive deeper into Vermont's outdoor career landscape with a panel discussion on recruitment and retention strategies, education partnerships, and marketing tools for outdoor careers.

Join colleagues from the industry and workforce development circles in breakout conversations on climate and technical jobs; plus learn about professional development and career navigation for the outdoor sector. At the end of the program, there will be an optional 30-minute guided nature walk led by NBNC staff.
