Outdoor Boxing Class
About this Event
Get Ready to Learn Real Boxing Technique and Sweat!
Join us Mondays and Thurdays from 6:30pm - 7:30pm at Pier 46 for a high-energy workout combining real boxing technique, conditioning and community.
Class is led by an amateur-trained female boxer, and designed to improve skill, build confidence, and leave you sweating. You can expect a mix of boxing training activities, such as jump rope, calisthenics, shadow boxing, footwork and ladder drills, partner drills, 1:1 pad work, and always a core strengthening abs finisher.
Bring a pair of boxing gloves, and a positive attitude, and you're guaranteed to sweat it out!
What to Bring: Boxing gloves and wraps (No gloves? No problem, just bring yourself!)
Cost: $30 per class (cash/Zelle) - FIRST CLASS FREE
