Step into a profound multi-sensory experience at "Out of This World: A digital immersion sound bath" hosted by Somatika in TELUS Spark's Digital Immersion Gallery.

As you enter the gallery you will find yourself surrounded by floor-to-ceiling projectors casting mesmerizing scenes of stars, galaxies, and spacecraft launches. Inspired by the awe-inspiring "SPACE: A Journey to the Moon and Beyond," this event invites you to unwind amidst interactive and visually stunning projections.

Telus Spark's digital immersion gallery features a 360-degree projection system designed to completely envelope the visual environment.

As you begin to feel grounded into your mat, projections of nebulae, lunar landscapes, and saturn’s rings will fly by as the room fills with the soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and ocean drum, allowing for an entrancing sound journey into the ethers.

Sound healing works by using specific frequencies to synchronize brainwaves into a slower state, enducing relaxation, meditation, and stress reduction. This process, known as brainwave entrainment, not only slows neural activity to aid in nervous system regulation but also promotes creativity, mental clarity, improved sleep quality, and emotional balance.

These benefits make sound healing a powerful tool for holistic wellness, supporting both physical and mental health through its therapeutic effects on the mind and body.

What do I need to bring?:
A yoga mat, blanket and pillow.
Comfortable clothing is recommended.
Eye mask for preferred darkness during the session.

Arrival & Parking Information:
Parking is included in Admission.
Doors will be open for you to arrive from 7:20-7:45pm.

We welcome you to arrive with enough time to get comfortable and take in the digital immersion gallery show prior to beginning the sound bath at 7:45pm.

Please note: Due to set up and the nature of our services we cannot allow early or late entry, we kindly request you arrive on time.
